An ideal candidate should be an experienced Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) with the ability to analyze a situation and make sound judgment calls. This person must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and see the big picture, possess excellent communication and relational skills and be accessible to staff. We are seeking a strong manager with a mentorship and coaching philosophy who is passionate about the mission of behavioral health care while being equally passionate about the business side of the organization. We have an opening for a Designated Crisis Responder in our Crisis Department. DCR's provide direct crisis response services to individuals experiencing imminent behavioral health related safety issues or experiencing grave disability. DCR's also consult and support mobile crisis teams providing direct service in the community.
