Primary duties and responsibilities include:
1) Workflow
a) Work with the Board, clinical leaders and administration to prepare and manage communications strategy
b) Develop OBHC's brand based on the strategic plan
c) Manage media relations
d) Ensure agency social media platforms are updated and culturally relevant
e) Create and ensure all forms of information content align with the agency strategy and are culturally relevant
f) Oversee the creation of informative and promotional materials the organization distributes to the public
g) Quality control for all forms of communications
h) Maintain strong professional relationships within the community
i) Attend community events
j) Respond to crises or challenging situations quickly and professionally
k) Compile and analyze data for community education purposes with stakeholders
2) Budgeting
a) Monitor and project resource needs based on communication projects
3) Reporting
a) Board reports as requested
b) Contractual reporting as required
c) Reporting for public engagements
4) Attendance and punctuality
a) Ensures attendance and hours worked are accurately recorded in computerized timekeeping system
b) Properly manages paid time off (PTO)
c) Responsible for regular, predictable attendance and to work hours as scheduled, which may include evenings or weekends

This is a full-time, salary exempt position with an annual beginning salary range of $73,300 - $79,600.
