Okanogan Behavioral Health Care has crisis services aimed at helping individuals and families in their community. Our goal is to provide service and support where they're most needed. Ideal candidates for the Mobile Crisis Responder position will have strong character and lived experience that help them understand the needs of others. One must be able to provide stability and support in difficult and crisis situations. Our mobile team members work closely with law enforcement and other critical services. One must be dedicated to serving individuals who are in immediate need of help and support. Our crisis responders must be able to work in a fast-paced situation and work in a team of professionals including designated crisis responders, law enforcement and emergency room professionals. Qualified applicants will receive training and support and will always be working as a mobile team in the crisis department at Okanogan Behavioral Health Care.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or AA degree with two (2) years of working with mentally ill clients.

Starting Salary: $27.31 - $29.47 per hour DOE. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient with computers and possess a high degree of ethics and integrity. Valid Washington Driver's License required.
