The ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze a situation and make sound judgment calls. This person is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the medication management practice delivery system in accordance with the organization's standards. This person must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and see the big picture, possess excellent communication and relational skills and be accessible to staff. We are seeking someone with a mentorship and coaching philosophy who is passionate about the mission of integrated health care while being equally passionate about the business side of the organization. We are seeking a candidate who is a self-starter with a strong commitment to team. A successful candidate should be comfortable working in a complex health care environment with regulatory demands and expectations.
The PMHNP will carry a caseload of clients and be responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments and prescribing medications as needed and will provide case consultation with clinical staff and community medical partners.

Requirements: ARNP with experience in psychiatry and current Washington State Licensure. Must also have current, unrestricted DEA license.

This is a full-time, salary exempt position with an annual salary range of $116,200 - $142,400 DOE. There is also a $10,000 signing bonus!
